How the estimate is calculated

Choose the earning model, then enter your own figures. The calculator multiplies them and shows daily, monthly (30.44 days) and yearly totals.

ModeFormula
Website / blog adsDaily views × click-through rate × cost per click
YouTubeDaily views ÷ 1,000 × RPM (revenue per 1,000 views)
AffiliateDaily views × click-through rate × conversion rate × commission per sale

Example: 50,000 daily page views with a 1.5% ad click-through rate and a $0.80 cost per click gives 750 clicks and $600 a day before any revenue share.

Where to find your real numbers

  • Website: page views, page CTR and CPC are in your ad network's reports, such as Google AdSense.
  • YouTube: RPM is shown in YouTube Studio analytics under Revenue once your channel is monetised.
  • Affiliate: click-through and conversion rates are in your affiliate dashboard.

Growth projector

Enter a starting monthly revenue and a monthly growth percentage to see how it compounds over 12 months. Growth is rarely steady in practice, so treat it as a scenario rather than a forecast.

About the niche presets

Presets and the comparison table fill in rough example values so you can explore. They are not measured market rates; ad prices vary widely by country, season and audience.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the earnings estimate?

It is exact arithmetic on the numbers you enter, so it is only as accurate as those inputs. Use figures from your own analytics.

What is the difference between CPM and RPM?

CPM is what advertisers pay per 1,000 ad impressions. RPM is what you earn per 1,000 views after the platform's share and including views without ads, so RPM is usually lower.

Can I export the results?

Yes. Export as CSV or copy the figures as text. The CSV is created in your browser.
